You shall not: - Use the Product for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. - Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Product. - Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the Product. - Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on the Product. - Use the Product to transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code. - Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Product or its servers. - Use any automated means or bots to access or use the Product. - Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
2. User Accounts 2.1 Account Registration
To access certain features or services within the Product, you may be required to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information updated.
2.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

If you provide us with any suggestions, feedback, or ideas regarding the Product ("Feedback"), you hereby grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, adapt, and distribute the Feedback for any purpose without any obligation or compensation to you.
4. Privacy
Your use of the Product is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information. By using the Product, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. AI NETWORKS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS.
6. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL AI NETWORKS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, OR INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold AI Networks and its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Product or your violation of these Terms.
8.Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, effective upon posting the revised Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Product after any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brasil. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Brasil.
